To me, having this auto game recording stuff literally destroys an experience that I really enjoy on the Xbox One. Instead now whenever I see a Battlefield Hardline clip in my feed from my friends I'll just ignore it. Even if I wanted to actually record something, I'm never going to go through that massive amount of garbage and pick out the one clip worth saving. Last night four friends and I partied up in BF Hardline Beta for an hour, I had ~40 clips recorded in that amount of time. Then I'd bump into a friend that had played FIFA for a half hour with their friend and it'd just be a solid block of 20 clips of shit that nobody ever would want to watch. Being able to browse through their clips in that feed and see what cool adventures they'd been on was a really neat experience. sometimes i save things and review them and say why did i record that?įor me, when Destiny came out and I was in the thick of it really enjoying the game (I don't care if you didn't enjoy Destiny, not the point here.) every day that I'd sign on I'd check my activity feed to see what my friends had recorded the night before or earlier that day. Oh and i would also like the option to only share clips i want to share, rather than auto sharing. its still a feature i want to be able to turn off. either way, it clutters up my perusing of clips. only when you say record that and do the double tap x thing.
